Guaro celebrates during this Friday and Saturday, September 6 and 7, it is the XXIII Mora Mora Festival. This celebration, which illuminates the streets of the municipality with the light of 25,000 candles, awaits the assistance of more than 30,000 people.

This year we want to "regain the essence of it by carrying out performances and concerts linked to each other culturally speaking, making a risky bet," as the mayor explained during his presentation.

The festival program includes Sephardic music concerts, cultural heritage visits, a Moorish souk, exhibitions, candle workshops, henna and oriental dance, parades and children's storytelling.

During its two days, more than 20 activities scheduled in different stages of the municipality will be held: the Luna Mora Auditorium Theater, the Artisan Souk, the Story Square, the Al-Andalus Cultural Center and the Church of San Miguel Arcángel .
